Partner Terms & Conditions
Shared rules for COFO partner colivings.
The official partnership agreement will be sent after your application has been approved or following an introductory call with the COFO team.
1. Scope and acceptance
These Partner Terms describe the shared standards of the Coliving Founders (COFO) network. They supplement, and do not replace, the partnership agreement signed by each partner. If there is a conflict, the signed agreement prevails.
2. Eligibility and approval
A partner must operate a community-oriented coliving, submit accurate legal and operational information, complete its founder and coliving profiles, sign the agreement, and obtain COFO administrator approval before its page can be activated.
3. Shared commitments
Partners commit to COFO’s community standards, collaboration over competition, an online network meeting every two months, contribution to COFO stories after meetings, a monthly collaborative social post, display of the COFO logo, and reciprocal support and hosting between partners where reasonably possible.
4. Partner discount
Each partner provides a discount code, normally corresponding to a 5% benefit for eligible bookings made through participating BeetCommunity channels. The partner remains responsible for entering, maintaining and honouring its code and for clearly communicating exclusions, availability and booking conditions.
5. Profiles and content
Partners may edit only their assigned coliving and founder profiles. They warrant that submitted text, photographs, logos and links are accurate, lawful and cleared for use. COFO may review, request corrections, deactivate or remove content that is inaccurate, unlawful or inconsistent with network standards.
6. Contract and publication
The official partnership agreement will be sent after application approval or following an introductory call with the COFO team. A profile remains private until the signed partnership agreement has been uploaded, reviewed and approved by an administrator. Approval of a contract does not automatically guarantee publication; COFO may perform a final quality and compliance review.
7. Confidentiality and guest data
Only information reasonably necessary for booking, safety, risk management and delivery of the requested stay may be shared. Each party acts independently for the personal data it controls, keeps shared information confidential, maintains an appropriate privacy notice and follows applicable data-protection law.
8. Guest safety reports
A partner may submit a restricted safety report only for a documented and proportionate network-safety purpose. The partner must provide factual information, retain supporting records, avoid speculation, insults, discrimination and unnecessary sensitive data, and cooperate with an admin review or individual rights request. Reports remain pending until reviewed by COFO; approved reports are confidential and may be accessed only by authenticated partners. COFO may reject, restrict, correct or delete a report at any time.
9. Intellectual property
COFO names, marks, materials and platform content remain owned by their respective rights holders. A partner receives a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use COFO assets only for the duration and purpose of the partnership. That use must stop when the partnership ends.
10. Liability
The network and shared materials are provided without a guarantee of occupancy, commercial results or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, parties are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Duration and termination
The partnership continues for an indefinite term. Either party may end it with 30 days’ written notice. COFO may suspend access or terminate immediately for a serious breach, unlawful conduct, misuse of data or intellectual property, or material harm to guests or the network.
12. Changes and contact
Material updates will be communicated through the partner area or registered email. Questions and notices should be sent to info@colivingfounders.com. The current signed agreement remains the authoritative record for each partner.
