Community Practice
What keeps a community alive?
Community is not created by a calendar of events. It grows through trust, care and the small rituals people choose to repeat together.

A coliving community stays alive when people feel seen, useful and free to participate in their own way.
The role of a host is not to manufacture constant entertainment. It is to create the conditions for connection: a thoughtful welcome, shared rituals, clear boundaries and enough space for guests to bring their own energy.
The strongest communities balance intention with spontaneity. They make room for family dinners and workshops, but also for the everyday conversations that happen over coffee or after work.
For COFO founders, community is a practice. It requires attention, consistency and the willingness to keep learning from the people who enter our homes.
